Refund policy
Please note
Returns are not free of charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Can I return my order?
- The product must include all original parts, components and packaging in the same condition as when delivered.
- The item must only show signs of normal handling; damage caused by careless use is excluded.
- Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Any defects or deficiencies must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this time frame.
Avelyn London reserves the right to refuse returns if we believe that the items have been used or damaged by circumstances beyond our control.
How to return your order
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at: info@avelynlondon.com
- Please include the following information in your email: order number, reason for return, photo of the item (in case of damage), customer's full name and address.
- Once we have received your request, we will send you the correct return address. Returns must not be sent to the sender's address.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers who purchase as private individuals and not for commercial purposes have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions:
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party authorised by you (but not the carrier) receives the goods.
- As our system is fully automated, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Cancellation can therefore only take place after receipt of the goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of withdrawal.
- The withdrawal is only final once we have received the returned goods.
- The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.
Orders in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may vary. If goods are already in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
- However, you can notify us of your intention to cancel while you wait for delivery.
- For faster processing, please send us confirmation of the shipment once the return has been initiated.
Refund process
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you have chosen a more expensive delivery method).
- Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice and the returned goods.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
Important: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia – at the customer's own expense.
