This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Avelyn London. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30 day return period from the date your order is delivered.

All return requests must be submitted and approved by Avelyn London before any item is returned to us. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

•       Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

•       Have all original tags attached

•       Be returned in their original packaging

•       Be free from stains, odours, makeup marks, pet hair, damage, or any signs of wear

•       Include proof of purchase

Avelyn London reserves the right to reject any return request at its sole discretion. Returns that do not meet our requirements may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

For change of mind returns, the customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning an item. This includes, but is not limited to:

•       Return shipping fees

•       Customs duties

•       Import charges

•       Taxes

•       Insurance costs

•       Carrier handling fees

•       Any other related costs

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable. Avelyn London does not provide prepaid return labels for change of mind returns.

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been successfully delivered to and accepted by our returns address. Avelyn London is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or missing return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Our returns address is not published on our website. It will be provided to you directly once your return request has been submitted and approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@avelynlondon.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Every case of this kind is reviewed and must be approved by Avelyn London before any item is returned to us. Please do not send an item back before receiving our approval and instructions, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Where we confirm, at our discretion, that an item is genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning that item to us and will provide you with instructions for doing so. We will then offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Submitting a Return Request

To start a return, please contact us at info@avelynlondon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and let you know whether it has been approved, along with the relevant return instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care or hygiene items, where applicable to our range. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where required by law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
