Delivery policy
Average delivery times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on business days are usually processed the following day.
- Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take a little longer to process.
- Once the order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 8–12 business days.

Placing an order
- Go to the product page and add the desired items to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘Add to cart’.
- Make sure that the selected product variants are correct before proceeding.
- Click on ‘Go to checkout’ and enter your exact address details on the information page.
- After confirming your details, click on ‘Proceed to delivery’. All shipments are delivered free of charge as an extra service to our customers.
- Click on ‘Proceed to payment’ and select one of the available secure payment methods: ApplePay/GooglePay or credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa).
- Click on ‘Complete order’ and follow the instructions for the selected payment method to complete your purchase.
Shipping costs
We cover all shipping costs for all orders – each item is delivered directly to your door with no additional fees. There is no minimum order requirement.

We want you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible. That's why we process and ship orders efficiently. To maintain reasonable prices, we consolidate shipments into larger batches before shipping. This helps us reduce costs and contributes to a more sustainable future.
